Capital Campaign

Over the course of the last ten years, we have realized that our ability to meet the communities needs is greater than any one organization can meet. Having a heart for our community, we began trying to understand better our communities needs, and began exploring ways to develop a coordinated centralized response to these needs.

Recently Called Anointed Sent has been given four beautiful lots of prime real estate property on First Street and Belle Avenue in Belle, Missouri. These lots are an answer to a prayer for a centralized facility that can be used to bring together those who want to accept the challenge of meeting our community needs. These lots have been cleared and prepared for building a facility to house the CAS Projects.

CAS has partnered with the Meramac Regional Planning and the Belle City Council to complete a Neighborhood Assistance Program Application to secure $350,000 Missouri Tax Credits worth $500,000 to CAS (Missouri Tax credits in effect allow a business to have a voice in directing how their taxes are used within the community).

The Capital Campaign Project is currently in its fund raising period. With Commitments in hand of over $200,000 we continue to secure funding before we break ground.

Architectural diagrams have been developed and construction costs estimated for the proposed facility.
